Welcome to Daily Practice — I’m so pleased you’re here!

I’m Christian, a yoga, meditation, breathwork, and wellbeing teacher with a passion for helping people feel stronger, calmer, and more connected within themselves.

My approach blends movement, breath, mindfulness, and nervous system support in a way that is accessible, grounded, and realistic for everyday life. Whether through yoga, breathwork, meditation, fitness, or deep rest practices such as Yoga Nidra, my aim is always the same — to create supportive spaces where people can breathe, move, reset, and reconnect.

My teaching is shaped by a unique journey from British Army Officer to yoga and wellbeing teacher. Alongside studying Applied Sports Science at degree level, my years in the military taught me resilience, discipline, and leadership, whilst yoga and meditation taught me the importance of balance, presence, compassion, and self-awareness.

As a father, teacher, and someone who understands the pressures many people carry, I strive to teach in a way that feels welcoming, down-to-earth, and encouraging — without ego or perfection.

Daily Practice was created to offer classes and practices that are both effective and approachable, helping people build strength, mobility, confidence, calm, and resilience at their own pace.

I’m also deeply passionate about supporting military personnel, veterans, emergency service workers, and anyone navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, trauma, or PTSD, helping them access the restorative power of movement, breath, meditation, and deep rest practices.
