An all over body workout designed for all levels wanting to develop their fitness. Bursts of intense body weight exercises carefully blended together to help unlock the fat-burning, metabolism-boosting, heart-pounding benefits of High Intensity Interval Training.

Followed by.....    

YOGA FLOW

Flowing yoga postures carefully weaved together and designed to be synchronised to your breath to leave you feeling balanced, stretched, relaxed and energised.  

CLASS SCHEDULE

Monday's: 1800-1900Hrs

Wednesday's: 1000-1100Hrs

Saturday's: 0800-0900Hrs

Take the A4 London Road, east, out of Bath, turn right into Larkhall. Travelling from Larkhall, drive up Charlcombe Lane; there is a short section of single file traffic, a lane will join you from the right (Valley View). Take the next right turn down Woolley Lane. Well Bath is located ~200m further down Woolley Lane on your left hand side only you reach the house called “Somewhere” on your right hand side.

Travel approx. 200 yards down the lane, past a few houses and you will see farm gates on your left. Pull up the slight incline, and into the car park. BA1 8DN.
